About

Bio
Justin Davis is a Navy Veteran and a Fleet Martine Force trained Navy Corpsman who served in support of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Justin also served as an ICU Hospital Corpsman during his years of active duty. Justin graduated the Naval School of Health Sciences and Fleet Marine Force training in 1989.

Justin has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and currently works for the US Navy serving as an IT Logistics Manager as part of the Automated Maintenance environment team for the FA-18 Super Hornet serving both the US Navy and US Marine Corps Fleet of carrier-based fighters.

Upon leaving active service Justin became a Licensed Vocational Nurse specializing in critical care and cardiac step-down telemetry units. Justin worked as a nurse for 11 years. For the past 7 years, Justin has been a sponsor to men in recovery, and a volunteer Veteran’s Court Mentor for the county of San Diego.
​
Justin is a founding member of San Diego based SPARTA (Suicide Prevention and Resilience Training Alliance) peer support meditation group. The SPARTA Project is an immersive weeklong program empowering combat veterans and first responders with breathing and meditation techniques along with classroom, ceremonial and physical exercises that promote healing and reintegration to a perception of “tribe” and connection with others.
Justin is also an active member of Triple Threat, a recovery-centered 12-step program for combat veterans. Justin holds a certification as a Peer Support Specialist and actively serves as a mentor to men who attends these groups.

Justin is extremely active in homeless outreach in his San Diego community participating in the annual Homeless Veteran Stand Down which assists in the housing, feeding, and providing of follow-on care of San Diego’s homeless veteran community. Justin also participates in supporting the SD homeless community with his friends and veteran groups, directly feeding and clothing the homeless at various locations in San Diego, CA.

Focus
Justin has pursued multiple trainings centered on Emotional Intelligence. He believes emotional intelligence aptitude to be the core factor in healthy self-development and interpersonal teaching and coaching dynamics. Having received his initial training through Ascension Leadership Academy (ALA) in 2018, Justin has served as an emotional intelligence coach for the past six years for multiple ALA cohorts.

Justin has received formal training in and served as a Sacred Medicine Ceremony Guardian for the past five years. During this time, he has participated in and helped facilitate spiritual ceremonial works with various configurations and disciplines. He is trained in individual and group ceremonial facilitation practice.​ Having been a life-long musician, signed to various labels with a published catalog of music, Justin uses music and percussion in his coaching and spiritual work.
Justin has witnessed firsthand the effects of the wounding between the sacred masculine and divine feminine. As such, Justin feels a particular calling to promote the necessary healing of the sacred masculine to promote balance and health between men and women.
